Clarksburg jumped out to a quick 24-0 lead with pins by Roja Stephenson (130), Chris Williamson (135), Wesley Hutto (140) and Justin Cox (145) and went on to beat Einstein 54-24 Tuesday night.
Einstein’s Ricky Echeona (152) picked up his 12th win of the season against only one loss with a :52 second pin and Alec Anderson (171) and Tommy Wilson (119) also added pins to pace the Titans. Chris Byars pulled an 8-6 overtime win and Jorge Villatoro added an 11-4 decision for the Titans final margin.
Clarksburg followed with a pin by Desean Martinez and picked up forfeits at 215 and 275 and then pins by Mac Raum at 103 and Ben Asadi at 112 for the Coyotes’ final points.
Einstein’s Wilson added a pin at :45 followed by Villatoro’s decision to close out the match.
In the other dual of the tri-meet, Whitman continued its dominance over Montgomery County teams in dual meets with a 51-27 win over Clarksburg.
